ACCOMMODATION

Botaira Beach Resort features 7 Double Bures all set along the beach with stunning views out to sea. Double Bures sleep up to 3 people. Three additional spacious Family Bures are set in the lush garden area, sleeping up to 4 people. All bures are of traditional construction with thatched roofs, local timber & artwork. The walls have large screened louve windows (with fly screens) down both sides and to the front allowing plenty of breeze. The floor is varnished timber.

• Garden setting
• Spacious and airy bure
• Lounge chairs
• Storage wardrobe, drawers and desk
• En suite with shower, basin and toilet
• Huge louvre windows
• There are no fans or air conditioning
• Maximum occupancy is 4 (extra cost for 3rd & 4th people)

Botaira has a good supply of spring fed water for washing and drinking.

Note: power at the resort is locally generated and operates for limited hours daily. Power is switched off late at night. Guests are advised to take a torch. Lanterns will be provided.

DINING

There are two dining areas at Botaira, a large traditional high roofed dining room and bar with a sand floor and a superb beachside deck where you can dine looking out across the bay.

Botaira prides itself on its meals. A strong emphasis is on local produce with fish featuring in many main courses. They use local fresh ingredients wherever possible and catch much of their own seafood.

There are set menus which change daily, however the resort will be happy to accommodate any special dietary requirements and requests including vegetarian meals when advised at time of booking or upon check in.

Local village serenaders will entertain you during most evening meals.

The “Meal Package” payment includes breakfast, lunch and dinner and is payable directly to Botaira Resort by the guests. There are no local restaurants so all meals must take the 'Meal Package'
